Supplier will deliver the goods or services to the delivery address provided by Client at the time of placing the order. Delivery dates and times are estimates only and are subject to change due to factors beyond Supplier's control, including force majeure events.
Shipping charges may apply and will be calculated based on the delivery location, size, and weight of the goods. Charges will be communicated before completing the order.
Upon delivery, Client must inspect goods for damage or discrepancies and report immediately if found.
Supplier is not liable for delays caused by external factors such as transportation delays, labour disputes, or force majeure events.
Neither party is liable for delays due to natural disasters, war, strikes, or government actions beyond control.
Ownership and risk transfer to the Client upon delivery.
Cancellation incurs a 10% penalty plus applicable charges including tax, shipping, and restocking fees.
Governed by the laws of Canada. Disputes handled in Canadian courts.
Products are covered under a one-year warranty against defects. Repairs or replacements will be provided.
Liability is limited to total fees paid. No indirect or consequential damages are covered.
